How we work.

Design and computation come first, laboratory work decides. Computational results are treated as hypotheses; nothing is described as validated until measurements support it. Programs advance on data, not on projections.

We keep disclosure conservative. Targets, composition of matter and intellectual property details are shared under agreement rather than published on this site.

Oral small molecules for MASH with fibrosis, designed to address the hepatic and metabolic components of the disease together rather than in isolation.

A multi-mechanism approach to analgesia: damping pain signalling at the periphery in a single molecule designed not to enter the central nervous system.
