About
A biopharmaceutical company built around molecular design.
iScholarX discovers new chemical entities for diseases where the limiting step is the molecule itself. We work on oral small molecules for obesity, type 2 diabetes, MASH, pain and cardiovascular disease.

How we work.
Design and computation come first, laboratory work decides. Computational results are treated as hypotheses; nothing is described as validated until measurements support it. Programs advance on data, not on projections.
We keep disclosure conservative. Targets, composition of matter and intellectual property details are shared under agreement rather than published on this site.
How our science runs →Where we focus.
Obesity
Designing new chemical entities intended to act on the biology of body-weight regulation and energy balance.
Diabetes
Programs directed at glucose regulation and the metabolic pathways underlying type 2 diabetes.
Liver / MASH
Oral small molecules for MASH with fibrosis, designed to address the hepatic and metabolic components of the disease together rather than in isolation.
Pain
A multi-mechanism approach to analgesia: damping pain signalling at the periphery in a single molecule designed not to enter the central nervous system.
Cardiovascular
Discovery efforts aimed at cardiovascular and cardiometabolic risk, an area closely linked to our metabolic work.
